At Titinda, we do not offer any returns or refunds. That doesn't mean you can't trust us.

The product sold on Titinda is "AS IS" but each product that's sold on Titinda is tested and inspected by our highly qualified technicians. So rest is assured, the products you are purchasing is genuine.

We do offer exchange of merchandise if the product that you received is defective or not working within 7 days of purchase.

Our quality assurance team tests and inspects, each products before being shipped out.

However, there will be times product may get damaged during the shipping. If you have purchased shipping insurance, when that happens, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can exchange the damaged product.
